Conditions for claims under warranty:

  1. The faulty item is to be sent to the above address together with the purchase receipt.
  2. Please include a precise description of the fault with the item in questions unless ampanet has already been informed of this by email.

Content of the warranty:
The warranty includes the acceptance of all repair and shipping costs for faults that occur during the warranty period and are not due to wear, normal use or inappropriate handling (incorrect installation of the appliance and/or failure to observe the user instructions/manual). After sending us the product and presentation of the purchase receipt, the product will then be repaired free of charge or replaced by a product of equal value. In the event of a warranty claim, ampanet will pay the standard charges for returning the item. It will be up to ampanet to decide whether to repair the item free of charge or to replace it. Further damage is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is subject to the following restrictions:

  1. With regard to wear parts (e.g. rechargeable and other batteries, lamps etc.), this warranty applies only for 6 months from the date of the purchase receipt.
  2. No claims for data loss or consequential damage will be accepted under warranty.
  3. If a repair or replacement is not possible for economic or other reasons, then the customer will be reimbursed the purchase price. The decision regarding the validity of economic or other reasons ruling out the possibility of a repair or replacement will be at the discretion of ampanet. By reimbursing the purchase price, ampanet will be considered to have discharged all obligations arising from this warranty.
  4. There will be no new warranty period following a replacement or repair.
  5. The purchase receipt with the date of purchase is proof of warranty. The warranty is only valid for the purchaser, and cannot be transferred.
  6. Should ampanet decide to replace an item under warranty, then the company retains ownership of the replacement item until such time as the faulty item has been returned by the customer. From this time, ownership of the item returned by the customer will also be transferred back to ampanet.

This warranty does not affect the customer's legal warranty claims.
